This 3254 sq ft interior tenant fit-out of a newly constructed retail store within outlet mall included addition of non-structural partitions, ceilings, and exterior signage. This scope also included new flooring finishes, light fixtures, pantry millwork, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and new millwork fixtures. There was additional coordination between design team and MEP engineers for new sprinkler, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.
