Curesaders Immunology Doctor's Office

Curesaders Immunology is a medical office located in Midtown East. Curesaders specializes in diseases and disorders that involve the pediatric immune system. Not only does this facility allow for monitoring of patients, but it houses a research lab to conduct research in developing better treatments and cures. The in-house treatment space allows for patients to receive medicines, chemotherapy, and other types of treatment.

The design derives inspiration from the immuno-cases of the "bubble boys" within the 1970s and 1980s where the patients were diagnosed with severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID). Patients were placed in germ-free plastic bubbles that allowed them to survive for a number of years. The design allows patients to physically seek medical care, without the need of their own plastic bubble.
