The minor interior renovation of this residential apartment included the 4 new PTAC units, new lighting, new power/receptacle locations, new doors, millwork, trims, finishes, replacement plumbing fixtures, new kitchen island, and refinishing of floors within the 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms. My role during this project consisted of working on construction drawings and construction administration.
